Pain can be described as many things. Just because we assume "pain" as crippling or the inability to function, it's not just that. You can be in pain, but it not affect you for a few months and then it comes back. Or general aches and pains. Or just fed up with lack of energy, not being able to breathe properly, keep up with the kids etc.
We work with a variety of clients, some have been struggling with pain for 20 years and can't see a way out, and some are fed up with the aches, pains and niggles that stop them from being able to do things day to day. Some just love what we are about and want to train with longevity in mind.
