The 4 step Process

1. Assess:
Your journey begins with our Discovery Phase, where we'll dive deep into your aspirations, challenges, and objectives during our Discovery Call. Through open dialogue, we'll determine if our approach aligns with your goals. If we're the right fit, we'll swiftly move forward to the Design phase. If not, rest assured, we'll connect you with a trusted local professional who can better meet your needs.

2. Design: 

Transition into our Initial 1-1 Sessions, where we'll work closely together to design a personalised program and lifestyle that suits your goals. During these sessions, we'll delve into who you are, where you're headed, and the best path to get you there. With expert guidance, we'll craft a tailored plan that aligns with your aspirations, ensuring every aspect of your journey is customised to your unique needs and preferences. Together, we'll build the foundational skills, habits, and mindset necessary to achieve your dream outcome.

3. Build:
Transition into the Build phase, where you'll engage in personalised 1-1 sessions tailored to your unique program and goals. Under the expert guidance of our professionals, you'll execute your individualised plan with precision and dedication. With a focus on building strength, skill, and confidence, these sessions will propel you towards significant milestones and accomplishments.

4. Optimise:
Step into the Optimise phase, where you'll refine your skills and deepen your understanding of your body's capabilities alongside like-minded individuals in our semi-private group sessions. With a maximum of 6 clients per session, benefit from continuous coaching, cues, corrections, and feedback from our professionals as you fine-tune your program and progress towards your goals. Maintain your progress and explore new possibilities, experiencing newfound movement, energy, and confidence with ongoing support from our team. Investment

Everyone starts with a minimum of 12x 1-1 sessions to coach the foundations of movement and recovery. This is for your safety and progress, once you have graduated into Optimise you will be in group sessions, if you wish. 

Personal Training - £68/session

We recommend 2-3x sessions per week.

This grants you access to Saturday Sessions & workshops.

 

Hybrid Training - £30/week

1x Personal Training session per week required for this offer to be valid.

This grants you access to Saturday Sessions & workshops.

 

Semi Private Training - £360/4 weeks, includes:

  • Up to 4x coached classes per week
  • Open Gym Access
  • Dedicated 1-1 coach
  • Saturday Sessions and workshops*
  • Monthly mentorship sessions
  • Online educational portal and community
